The firm of L. Wagner & Associates, Inc. was established in 1978 to provide administrative support and technical assistance to the public and private sectors for projects and programs in the areas of housing, community development and economic planning and development.

With a staff of twelve associates, the firm has provided expert advice and assistance to more than 75 communities throughout the State in a variety of public programs and private projects.

Services include the provision of technical assistance for housing rehabilitation and program design, neighborhood planning and analysis, preparation of grant applications, Comprehensive Needs Assessments, feasibility studies, economic planning and feasibility studies, site location and marketing plans, contract compliance, including Sec. 3, Davis-Bacon and FH and EO, economic development, revolving loan fund administration, small business loan packaging and reviews, housing site analysis and a variety of other tasks associates with the firm's major focus areas.

Our main office is located in Waterbury CT.

The firm has sucessfully completed more than $101 million of Community & Economic Development funded projects since 1978.
The company and its projects have been recognized on the State as well as National level.
